By submitting this booking request, you (“Client”) acknowledge, represent, and agree that all information provided, including but not limited to event date, time, location, nature of event, and logistical requirements, is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you agree to promptly communicate any changes. 

Client further agrees to provide a safe, suitable, and accessible environment for performance, including timely venue access and any agreed-upon accommodations. 

 DJ Maxx T (“DJ”) agrees to perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and as outlined in the confirmed booking. 

Client acknowledges that a non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking and that the remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline prior to the event unless otherwise stated in writing, and failure to remit payment may result in your event being cancelled at DJ’s sole discretion. 

 Client understands and agrees that all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. 

Client certifies that all submitted information is truthful and acknowledges that any false, misleading, or materially incomplete information may result in immediate cancellation of the booking, in which case any deposit and/or payments made shall be forfeited in full with no refund issued. 

Client further agrees that DJ reserves the right, at DJ’s sole discretion, to refuse or decline any future bookings, including the imposition of a permanent ban from services. 

 By proceeding with this booking request, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
