By attending any event featuring DJ Maxx T, or by appearing in media captured during such performances and subsequently shared on this website or associated social media channels, you grant the Artist a perpetual, royalty-free right to use your likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional and marketing purposes.

Venue Proprietary Content: Please be advised that certain photography and videography featured on this site are the property of Necto and are used by the Artist with express permission. DJ Maxx T does not own, nor has the authority to modify, alter, or permanently delete original media assets owned by Necto. If you appear in media captured by the venue and wish to request its removal from the venue's official archives, you must contact Necto management directly at info@necto.com.
