All professional engagements are subject to a fully executed services agreement. DJ Maxx T is not responsible for event cancellations, venue closures, or technical failures caused by third-party equipment providers, power outages, or "Acts of God." While every effort is made to adhere to scheduled set times, the Artist reserves the right to modify performance parameters to ensure the safety of the audience and the technical integrity of the performance.
